Uniform Requirements

All cleaners must wear black or khaki pants while on the job. No leggings, ripped jeans, or shorts.
We will provide:
- Official Cool Chix with Broomstix t-shirt
- Branded cleaning rags (must be used during cleans)
Uniforms must be kept clean and worn at every job.
If you need to order a replacement shirt, notify management in advance.

Smartphone & App Usage

A smartphone is required to work with us.
You must download the Connecteam app to:
- Accept jobs
- Clock in/out
- View job details
- Receive updates from management
Failure to respond or accept jobs through the app may result in fewer job offers.

Pay Structure

Each job has a set flat rate, you will be informed of the pay before accepting the job.
You are paid per job, not per hour.
You must complete the full checklist and clock in/out correctly to receive full payment.

Bonuses and Reviews

Team members who complete their 90-day probation are eligible to receive bonuses when:
- Clients leave 5-star reviews on Google, Facebook, or Angie’s List mentioning your name or performance.
Reviews must be verified by management before bonuses are released.

How Do We Get Paid?

Every Friday via direct deposit to your bank account in New York and every other Friday via direct deposit to your bank account in Central Florida

How Does The Pay Structure Work?

You get a salary of up to $13 - $19 an hour. When you're training you will receive $13 an hour, as you move up within the company you can quickly move up to $17 an hour but it will be displayed as a set pay. When you become a Cool Chix With Broom Stix Trainer you will begin to earn between $17 - $19 an hour.

When you arrive you let us know the condition and what expectations to set.

How many jobs can you get me a week?

As much or as little as you want, the better you do with our clients the more jobs you get.
